“Ordered on Justeat, took 1hr45mins to arrive. Once arrived majority of the food cold. One burger was requested without cheese due to dietary reasons, it has cheese on. Called the place who said sorry and will send another one out this time without cheese will take 15 mins. 1hr05mins later arrived WITH CHEESE ON AGAIN.”

“Food arrived late, cold and incorrect. Burgers had cheese on despite request for none (as well as other ingredients missing), it arrived 30 minutes late (2hr total wait) and was cold. We called to state the order was cold and that the burger was incorrect. They offered have a new burger with us in the next 15 minutes. The new burger didn't come after an hour and I think they blocked our number when we tried to phone to ask where it was. It eventually arrived, but still had cheese on. No answers to our calls. Other burgers were wet/soggy”
