  “A hidden gem in sudbury, very cosy and warm. Staff were brilliant and the food was so good for a Sunday roast.. I especially enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding with pouring cream which was just amazing. Roast beef was tender and the potatoes had a good crunch to them.”

  “Food was absolutely stunning. Particularly enjoyed the celeriac and apple soup. Staff very friendly. A couple of vegan options explained when asked but not obviously labelled on the menu. That part could be improved but they were very helpful. I would definitely go back.”

  “You might miss this place in the centre of town but make the effort to find this place you will be glad you did. The owners have thought carefully about what they offer and I have to say they seem to have got everything right. The decor is lovely, the drink selection superb, great beer options. However, the food is another level. Our party had the Sunday roast options £14-18 fabulous flavours, every mouthful a delight. Even managed a gluten free Yorkshire pudding, thanks for that. Sticky toffee pudding delivered a beautiful finish and we even ordered take away deserts. The staff were so accommodating and we left with very happy bellies.”

  “Classic Sunday lunch with the consistency of high end service, food, interior and quality at a reasonable price. Yes, a little set back from the town centre but the attention to detail is so professional. I strongly suggest you book in advance to get your preferred time especially if a party over four.”
