“Placed order. Driver didn’t turn up, checked ring door bell. Never came near our house. Would not try to redeliver!”

“Just had another amazing chicken kebab. This one had to be the best yet. I’ve also had pizzas and parmos from here. All really tasty and fresh.”

“Great takeaway! Always easy and fast delivery! Parmo bites are great - can easily feed like 2/3 people! Pizzas, top and order the garlic sauce!”

“Ordered donner and chicken kebab. Great quality. Not cheap though but it’s 2025 what is. Food hot and quick delivery for a Friday. I love my salad with kebab but I couldn’t eat it. Looked decent but had a tainted taste. I don’t know if it was the way it was packaged with the kebab meat. Please sort this out Pizza Castle. Almost perfect otherwise. 4 stars out of 5 Update* ordered same 2 weeks later. Today. Salad good and on point. 5 stars out of 5”

“Ordered early on Thursday and meat tasted like it was bagged and warmed up. Red cabbage was extra salty and inedible. My daughter had the kids chicken nuggets meal and within 4 hours we both had horrific stomach cramps and nausea. 6 days later we still have awful stomach cramps.”

“Food arrived 3+ hours after order. Chased after 1h20 mins. Said they were busy and it will be sent. Chased again after 40 mins. Told delivery is enroute. 40 mins after this chased again. Told delivery attempted but not at my address! Becoming more irate, I asked when will I get my order? I was told they would make it again. I asked them to forget it as we’re already 2+ hours now. They promised to remake and send as soon as driver is available!!!!. I informed them they’re not doing enough to fix this very poor level of service. No notice was taken. I was told driver would deliver our remade order. 3 hours and 25 mins later, food arrived. Very poor level of customer service indeed! Food arrived warm and we were left unsatisfied from the crazy delivery time!!”

“Been a while since we have used these but due to being in the village thought we would give them a go. Unfortunately wish I hadn't as after the order was placed and the called our friends order out, we got up ready for ours to then watch half the order come through then a frantic search for where the other pizza was. After a few minutes of searching they realised they had not made our second pizza, this pizza was then rushed and was not cooked well enough. The friends we came out with had finished with their pizzas by time we had came out and were complaining about a sour taste.”

“Hot shot parmo, chips and salad for £6.30. Delicious bargain. Just make sure you've got salt, pepper and condiments to hand. I also have no idea why people put cabbage in salad!”
