  “Very disappointing experience. I ordered two pizzas from Chester. One was fine, but the other had a very unpleasant smell. I took just one bite and immediately had to spit it out because something clearly didn’t seem right. I called the restaurant to report the issue, but instead of taking my concern seriously, they argued with me and said that their sauce naturally smells like that. This is not an acceptable way to deal with a genuine food-quality concern. Unfortunately, this is not the first problem I’ve had with this restaurant. On a previous order, I found a hair in the wings, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the food quality and the way my complaint was handled. Customers should be able to expect safe, clean food and respectful customer service. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this place.”

  “Very bad experience. Having ordered many many times before they think it’s ok to add additional charges without you knowing. The prices when ordering on the phone don’t match the menu they charge few pounds extra saying the I store prices are higher- very unhappy about this and won’t be ordering from Stockport Chester’s again. Such a shame loosing a loyal customer.”

  “Fella at the front was picking his nose for 10 mins. Took about 20 for the food to be cooked. Asked for recommendation from boss man, bro recommended nothing. Asked what type of cheese was on the wrap; tell me why donny said normal cheese. The hell does that mean. Just spring for a KFC. Unless you’re into snotty wraps.”

  “Really great experience! The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Everything was prepared nicely and served quickly. You can really tell that they care about the quality of the food. The chicken was crispy and the pizza tasted very fresh. The staff were also very friendly, polite, and helpful. The service was quick and professional, and the place looked clean and well managed. Overall I had a very good experience here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, hot, and delicious food. I will surely come back again.”

  “I’ve been ordering Chester’s every week now when I’m having a cheeky takeaway night. The food here is absolutely amazing. And i haven’t been in but i can tell the staff are really nice as i order my food through Stockport eats and always listen to instructions such as hot sauce on the tex-mex wrap which is the best wrap ever by the way.   “The pizzas are really tasty with fresh ingredients, and the burgers are juicy and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places, making it great value for money. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving good pizza or burgers without spending too much!”

  “Chicken burger is decent, but the chicken pieces and chips sweated in the box so they were soggy. The pieces also had a strange taste to them. The gravy was watery with not much flavour. I would say I’d go back for the burgers but not if the chips are gonna arrive in the same soggy state”
