“Ordered the baked cookie with a scoop of (vegan) icecream on top. The menu clearly shows a baked cookie. After baking it for.. 2min(?) The owner tried to serve me warm cookie dough slop in a box. It was mush! I’m like absolutely not. I’m not raw cookie dough! He tried to gaslight me did insisting everybody eats it this way because “if” he baked it, it would be too hard. Give me a break, like I’m stupid and I’m going to eat raw cookie dough slop. At that point, I’d had a look around the shop and nothing looked very put together or sanitary. I did agree to buy one scoop of the vegan ice cream, because my kid was already eating his ice cream by then. I had two bites and abandoned it because I no longer trusted that it was actually vegan. The place is an ice cream shop/vape shop; what was I thinking! My son said he was making faces at me as I turned away.. I still paid for icecream there. Praying my kid doesn’t get the sh*ts tonight! Avoid.”

“Hi, I’m really disappointed with my order. I ordered the large Kinder Sundae for £7.50, which is described on the menu as “Kinder and chocolate ice cream topped with crushed Bueno pieces, drizzled with Nutella sauce.” Unfortunately, my sundae arrived with no Kinder or crushed Bueno pieces whatsoever. As you can see from the photos, it was essentially just ice cream and chocolate/Nutella sauce, so a significant part of the dessert I paid £7.50 for was missing. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve ordered this dessert before and had the exact same issue — it arrived without the Kinder/Bueno topping then too. I’ve got photos of what I received. I don’t feel I received the item as advertised and would therefore like a refund for the £7.50 sundae. I’d appreciate this being looked into, as this is now the second time the same thing has happened.”
