Quick info
About Nicky-Tams Bar & Bothy
Nicky-Tams Bar & Bothy is a wood-clad gastropub at 29 Baker St in Stirling. The food menu centres on pub dishes, with stovies alongside two pies, a steak and ale pie and a chicken and mushroom pie. The drinks list pairs local ales and cocktail pitchers with craft and cask beers on tap, so drinkers have a selection of beers to choose from. It is a small pub that fills up, so a place to sit can be hard to find. Dogs are welcome.

“Called in for quick drink after an arduous walk in the hills, loved the warm welcome so returned for a meal. Not disappointed, the food was delicious, service was excellent and the whole vibe was warm and welcoming. Felt like it was my local after one visit, testament to the staff. Will be our go to venue whenever we return.”

“Good food at a reasonable price served by nice people in a nice atmosphere. The chips were way too salty, though, and almost inedible. It gets full so be prepared to not find a place.”

- John Kelly
