About Curly Coo Bar
Curly Coo Bar is a bar in Stirling, at 51 Barnton St, housed in an old building. Its large whisky selection is the focus, and both the staff and the owner give recommendations on which whisky to pick, so choosing from the range is a conversation at the bar. Guinness is also served for anyone who prefers a pint. Karaoke runs at busy times, giving the room a sing-along side.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return mainly for the whisky selection, with the owner and bartender giving recommendations on which dram to pick. Others praise a Guinness and reasonable prices, and one visitor during the Bloody Scotland festival describes a packed room with karaoke. Criticism is thin but pointed: one reviewer felt unwelcome from the moment they walked in, and another found the lighting too bright.

“Stirling born & raised. Worked on Barnton St for years and always said one day I would go in. Well hell mend me for doing so. I have never felt so unwelcome and unwanted in a pub in my entire life. Would love to know why the landlady had such an issue with me being there, spending my money in her bar. It was made very clear from the moment I walked in she did not want my custom however she never enlightened me as to why not. She "doesn't need to explain herself" so I was told. Working with the public and most certainly those who are intoxicated isn't for everyone but nobody is forcing you to do so. Manners and kindness go a long way, especially when you have a business to run!”
