“Absolutely shocking fish and chips! I honestly don’t understand how this place remains open. Fish batter was atrocious, chips were cooked fresh as I had to wait for them and still no good. Need to really assess food quality that they’re serving to customers. Will not be returning!”

“My dad moved to Spalding and on a recent visit, we decided to try out his local chippy. I can honestly say we were not disappointed. The food was cooked perfectly and hot and the menu selections are plentiful. If there's something not on the menu, spam fritters in my case, just ask and they might be able to provide it. The prices are great with some "Specials" too, including the excellent kids meal deals too. We bought 4 main dinners for less than £20, which is really good value for fish and chips! The safety measures in place due to the current COVID19 situation is great too. The staff clearly point out when you can enter and where to stand. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially considering I was dithering, not having been there before. The only very minor negative was the fish that was just slightly more greasy than my local chippy. But it's nothing compared to the great service and cheaper price. I would highly recommend this chippy if you are in the area!”
