Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split on the black bean dishes and the salt and pepper box. The most praised item is chicken or king prawn in black bean sauce, described as dark, tasty and restaurant quality, with generous prawns. Close behind are the salt and pepper box, the crispy orange chicken, fried rice and prawn toast, with big portions and quick, hot delivery mentioned repeatedly, plus a friendly delivery man and a helpful person on the phone. Chicken balls draw the most complaints. One reviewer found them stringy and could not bite them, another found them slightly pink in the middle, and a third said they look more like chicken strips. A salt and pepper box was also called smaller than a main meal and came with no sauce. A Lao gan ma had no chilli, and one curry was compared to dish water, with that reviewer reporting feeling sick after two mouthfuls. Another reviewer found the prawn crackers poor and the food not quite hot enough, yet still planned to order again.

“Food was terrible. Ordered a Lao gan ma, supposed to be a hot spicy dish. There was no chilli in sight. Iva had a hotter pot noodle. Absolutely the worst Chinese I've had ever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Gave one star because I couldn't give none.”

“What kind of Chinese these days doesn't have any option of sauce that comes with a munchie box? Ordered the salt & pepper box that was smaller than an average main meal. No sauce. Chicken balls were under cooked as slightly pink in the middle and just a box of bland food! Won't be ordering again.”
