Customer Review Summary
Diners most often return to the food, calling the dishes delicious, fresh and full of authentic flavour, with starters, curries and grills singled out for their variety and generous portions. Close behind is the hospitality. Several describe friendly, attentive staff and complimentary extras arriving unprompted, including starters, drinks, grills, desserts and chocolates, sometimes so much that guests could not finish what they had ordered. Reviewers mention both the à la carte menu and a Sunday buffet, and one says the food was just as good as a takeaway. The criticism is limited but specific. One reviewer found a meal arrived half hot and half cold, with a kebab undercooked inside, and another felt the bill for a group of four came in higher than expected, though they thought the food and service justified it. Several celebrating family occasions recall staff bringing a mini cake with candles for an anniversary and a complimentary cheesecake for a birthday.

“Sadly not as good as expected given the high reviews . Food arrived half hot half cold . Dishes seemed okay after going in microwave … but my kebab was under-cooked inside and being mincemeat put me off the rest of my food . I have added photos to clearly identify pink meat.”

“Came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The customer service was extraordinary. We ordered various starters and currys and all were vey delicious and different in taste. We were given complimentary grills. We had a nice time and our waiter Tipu was very lovely and patient. He took good care of us. In the end, they gave a complimentary surprise cheesecake on the occasion of my mum’s birthday. Very nice restaurant, food and people. Had such an amazing time and I would 100% recommend!”

“Brilliant experience! Delicious food, the best Indian we’ve had and such friendly staff. So generous too with a free starter and finished with chocolates! We’ll definitely be back! (Just as yummy as a takeaway too)”

“We had two wonderful visits to this Indian restaurant—once enjoying the à la carte menu and another time trying the Sunday diner buffet. Every dish was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavour. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The manager & staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly generous. They surprised us with complimentary drinks and desserts, and when they learned we were celebrating our daughter and son-in-law’s anniversary, they took the initiative to bring a mini cake with candles as a lovely surprise. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture that made the occasion even more special. The management and team truly know how to make their guests feel valued. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again with family and friends. Highly recommended! No disappointments. Thank you 🙏”
