  “I won't be ordering from Domino's again. Not fault of the branch but Domino's website messed up and they took £80.72 x5 (£403.60) through paypal and the order errored had to pay on my card in the end. Domino's Paypal email NO REPLY, Domino's Website customer replied but DIDN'T cancel the payments even though they had all the transaction details and NEVER REPLIED AFTER CHASING MULTIPLE TIMES. As the Bank held the money I got £35 worth of overdraft charges because of Domino's I had to borrow money. Spent 4k over 12 years at Domino's Sheldon and I wont be ordering from them ever again because Domino's customer service is the WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD and None of my Family and Friends will be using Domino's now because of what could happen and how I have been treated. SO JUST AVOID DOMINO's BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPECT OR TREAT A CUSTOMER CORRECTLY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!”

  “My sister and I have been trying to order pizzas on the app. It says if u order £30 u get £10 off. So our order comes to £30 but it's saying we're not eligible for £10 off!? We've tried and tried but it wont work. We've now give up.”

  “Ordered from here food was good and turned upr fairly quickly, but after not receiving one of the bottles of pop trying to ring the store to see what they can help resolve this issue and they answered for a a moment and then put me back on hold an its currently tuned into a 25 mins call with still no answer, you would of thought spending so much money on an order that u should receive everything u actually ordered”

  “Had a great experience at Domino’s in Sheldon! I ordered a pizza and garlic pizza—both were fresh, tasty, and just the right temperature. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. The staff member who helped me that works every day was polite, friendly, and offered some great suggestions on dips. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to make sure you’re happy with your order. Also became one of their regular customers.”

  “Absolutely the worst dominos I’ve ever had, staff is so rude, no cheese on pizza, no cheese in stuffed crust, burnt. Called the manager was so rude, would even give me an email address to complain. Huge complaint incoming for this rude manager.”
