  “Staff was amazing! Very kind, energetic and amazing service. Went for my partners birthday and we were the last ones in, sorry again staff, they gave a free dessert for his birthday. The pizza was thin and beautiful. Chill vibes, amazing staff. The pizza beautiful, they have tobasco which is important, the area outside is beautiful, the resturant is chill decor. My partner loves the pizza for Rudy.”

  “Who doesn't like a good pizza? Especially one that will make your taste buds sing and won't make you regret all your choices later in the day. Excellent courteous, attentive staff, wonderful laid back location and well worth the money at reasonable prices.”

  “Amazing service from start to finish. We came as a big group for a coworker’s leaving‑do and Rudy’s handled everything flawlessly — quick drinks, quick food, and genuinely friendly staff. Pizzas were delicious (most of us left empty plates). Highly recommend.”

  “Rudy's serve banging pizza. A proper menu, with core staples like pepperoni and mozzarella, plus some regular offerings with nduja for example. They have a specials board for both pizza and beer. The pizzas arrive quickly and piping hot from that stone oven, it's one size only, large. Could 2 people share? Probably, but I don't share pizza! Grab a bowl of crisps to start for a quid and a mixed salad, don't forget to get a big jug of water alongside your cola or beer. My only gripe was we wanted to sit outside but we're told we couldn't as they were short staffed (?) however people who arrived after us sat out there. Still enjoyed my pizza though! Would I return? Absolutely. This was a return visit, and I'll go again.”

  “I visited Rudy’s in February for the first time and it definitely left a lasting impression. I’ve tried a few spots around Birmingham, but this has to be one of the top ones. I had the Margherita and it had the perfect authentic crust and fresh flavours. The brownie was also a nice treat at the end! Service was efficient and friendly despite being busy. If you're looking for proper Neapolitan pizza in the city, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!”

  “We visited Rudy's Pizza Napoletana for my daughter’s birthday, and honestly… this was the best pizza I’ve had in the UK. And I don’t say that lightly. My wife and I travel to Italy regularly it’s actually where I proposed and every time we’re there, I live off pizza (I’ll admit it… I’m not a pasta person). So I know exactly what that authentic Neapolitan taste should be. Rudy’s absolutely nailed it. From the soft, airy dough with that perfect char, to the balance of fresh ingredients — everything felt like it was straight out of Naples. It wasn’t just “good for the UK”… it genuinely felt like Italy, just transported into Birmingham. The atmosphere was relaxed and lively, perfect for a family celebration, and the whole experience made my daughter’s birthday feel special. If you’re chasing real Neapolitan pizza without getting on a plane — this is the place.”

  “Absolutely awful customer service. Walked out after 30mins and no order taken. Maybe needing more staff? Although place was not busy/full (see photos). Had booked a table for 2pm, arrived exactly on time and was seated at table by a pleasant sever. However, waited around 25mins before another staff member came over to ask for our order at the precise 2 minute window that my partner went to the bathroom so asked if he could come back. Partner came back, we still did not get order taken. Restaurant area was quite chilly so didn't want to take coats off. Really terrible experience and I would not go back or recommend to anyone based on this experience.”

  “Second visit to Rudy’s Brindleyplace during a recent stay in Birmingham. Im a fan :) The pizzas were absolutely delicious- fresh ingredients, wonderful flavour and texture combinations and cooked beautifully. One of the best pizzas I have had since I visited Naples (I believe Rudy’s make their pizzas in the neapolitan style). My family and I were welcomed by two servers who were both warm, welcoming, witty and friendly :) Service was excellent and timings were all on point. Our servers and all staff members at the kitchen and bar were working hard to ensure all diners had an enjoyable experience on a busy night, but they were never rushed in their interactions with us or other diners. Our main server when my family and I visited Rudy’s for the first time during a previous trip to Birmingham, appeared to be working with the chefs and kitchen team on this second visit. We were a walk in very late on that very busy night; they found us a table and helped us with our pizza choices with their impressive, detailed knowledge of the menu (The server had said this was one of their favourite parts of the job). There was a lively yet relaxed atmosphere on both our dinner visits at Rudy’s, and their music playlist is exceptional. It’s played at an appropriate volume, not too loud that you cannot hear your fellow guests but when there is a quiet moment in conversation/while eating, someone goes ‘oh I love this song!’ Have recommended to friends and family and will return when Im back in Birmingham :)”
