  “Food is decent! Prices are good! But you apparently don’t receive a can of drink even though it’s listed as a “meal” (for delivery) don’t make sense tbh!!! Have to pay extra to get a drink with a meal??”

  “Been seeing Pizza Shack all over TikTok lately so thought I’d finally give it a go. Glad I did. Ordered the Chicken Tikka pizza and a Mexican wrap and both were quality. The pizza was hot, fresh and full of flavour, and the wrap was spot on too. It was also pretty cool seeing the same lads from the TikToks working there. You can tell they’re genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows in the food and the service. Definitely lived up to the hype – I’ll 100% be back.”

  “Just had wonderful pizza and wrap with my friend. Food here is extremely delicious and of utmost highest quality. The staff are very friendly and look after us to the best of their professional ability.”

  “Ordered through Uber eats. Pizza, chips and garlic bread were great. Wasn’t too keen on the bbq wings but overall would defo be ordering from here again! ✨”

  “Very disappointed with the service from Pizza Shak. My sister phoned and ordered 2 extra-large pizzas and fries. The staff member confirmed the order as 2 extra-large pizzas and gave us a price over the phone. I told him that someone else would be collecting the order. When the pizzas were collected, we were given large pizzas instead of the extra-large pizzas we had ordered and paid for. Not only was the order incorrect, but the price we were given also didn't match what we actually received. When we phoned back to resolve the issue, the staff member became defensive and refused to take any responsibility. He repeatedly said he was going to speak to the "gaffa" (manager), but each time he just left us waiting on the phone and never appeared to speak to anyone. This happened twice, and eventually he ended the call without resolving the problem. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability are unacceptable. We were left with the wrong order and no effort was made to put things right. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Pizza Shak.”

  “Food was delicious and it was a very short wait. Staff are polite and you can tell that overall the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The cashier Abdullah was especially friendly, even whilst serving customers and answering delivery orders. Very nice place overall, would reccomend.”

  “The best pizza’s in the area. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Both I and my family enjoy the pizza’s from Pizza Shack! I usually get a custom pizza, which is fabulous: Medium thin crust with a vegetarian hot base. Additional toppings: pepperoni, green chillies and spicy beef. Soooo good!”

  “Great pizza place, really fast delivery. Pizzas are always on point and warm. Sauces that are provided are nice - not watery like some place . Staff are friendly and efficient. The venue itself is nice and clean, there is also a small area to eat inside if you want. Collection offers are cheaper if you are local and available to pick up.”

  “I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Shack since 2016 and the quality has always been consistently excellent. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly. My favorite pizzas are the Tandoori Delight and Shak's Special—they're simply delicious! I've been enjoying Pizza Shack's pizzas for 7 years now and the quality has never faltered. I highly recommend Pizza Shack for anyone looking for amazing pizzas in Birmingham.”

  “If I could give this place zero stars I would believe me I had an experience here. One which I will never forget. Ordered pizza from this place and we all ate but one of my family member was at work and ate after a few hours. Only to find hair inside the pizza!!!! It was disgusting, Ingrave inbetween the toppings and the base. I rang up and told them what we experienced and the customer service was shocking never heard anything like it. I wanted a refund because my family member was put off from eating and all I got as a response was we will send you another one when I clearly mentioned he is put off and doesn't want to have the pizza and all they said is we don't do refunds. Bad customer service never will i or the people I know will go here again. I spoke to the owner and he was questioning me like I rang 3 hours after I ordered but what has that got to do with me finding a long piece of hair in one of your pizza slices. Avoid if you don't want hair in your pizza as i never once got a apology from him aswell. I was that disappointed I even went down to the shop and still got the same response no apology what so ever and the worse thing about it is he said this isn't the first time it has happened like did you just say that these guys are running a business and don't care about any of there customers who spend there hard earned money. This is a massive health and safety issue we are dealing with here. I am very disappointed with this place and wanted to get my opinion across to others so they also can see the level of service you can expect from here. Appalling considering the owner himself is at the forefront of the shop and sets examples like this, can't imagine what happens behinds the scenes. As a Google reviewer I wanted to express my experience I had and this place, I will never be going here again.”
