Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often return to the Sunday lunch, with the half roast chicken singled out as so good one couple barely spoke while eating, and another party of eight bringing an elderly relative who loved it. Brunch comes close behind, with the shakshuka recommended by one reviewer, and a table of 17 adults and children found the breakfast menu tasty and catered for all. Pizza follows, with the fired margherita, fired buffalo and truffle fries praised under the 2-4-1 offer, and the cocktail version of that deal also gets a mention. Service is described as friendly, swift and welcoming, and one reviewer praised the live band on a Friday. The caveat is value and consistency: one reviewer found the food average and pricey, and another found a breakfast with hard poached eggs, unrendered bacon fat, a tiny sausage and a small piece of sourdough, though the latte and service were praised. One parent called the baby changing facilities clean and tidy.

“Went for breakfast - poached eggs hard, fat on the one folded up rasher of bacon not rendered, one sausage was a tiddler, small piece of sourdough. Used to love the chance to have breakfast here - perhaps the norm now as a Fullers chain pub? Service was corking, as was the latte.”

“We went to Mortons for the 2-4-1 Pizza offer and they did not disappoint. We had the Fired margherita pizza, Fired buffalo pizza and Truffle fries and the food was fantastic. We have a newborn baby and the changing facilities were really clean and tidy. Fantastic experience overall!”
