  “I am so grateful that I received an absolutely wonderful service. The staff was so patient with me although I was taking forever to choose the right nail colour. I was treated with so much kindness & felt being welcome from my first moment of visit. It's so rare to receive what I received in V N Nail Salon : highest quality of service ; I was very happy with my new nails & the whole experience was so enriching because the staff was so kind to me. I don't think I could find the right words to express my deepest Gratitude for the Staff.”

  “Very efficient, you are seated and dealt with quickly, however the product is not great. I asked for basic french tips, despite them having multiple acrylic base colours on display i wasn't asked which colour i would like which is fine but not ideal, paint job is sloppy, and acrylic is extremely thick. In my experience my nails were not filed enough and i had to refile them when i got home. For the price i wouldn't recommend this salon, however if you are looking for a quick service and are not entirely bothered by the quality of nails you are given then you shall give it a try, maybe the other artists produce better nail art but in my experience with this specific artist it wasn't great.”

  “Absolutely no professionalism. They didn’t even know what the color “peach” was. My nails were not painted nicely, and the color turned out pink. I showed them a photo of exactly how I wanted them, but the lady doing my nails kept saying she didn’t know who had done them in the picture. In the end, she told me, “Just so you know, if I do them like that, they won’t come off afterwards,” as if she wanted to blame me for the result. The man who was there with the ladies kept mumbling to himself, and I’m pretty sure these people were insulting customers in their own language. Customers are not given the freedom to choose what they want and pay for. They just want to take your money and get you out of the shop as quickly as possible.”

  “went in today as other nail places were so packed, saw this one and thought to give it a try and i’m glad i did. i walked in and they seated me straight away and got the job done. they will have a conversation with you if you’re also up for it and there very nice people. i had this set done and it’s a good price as i paid £35 for acrylic and french tip. i would definitely recommend”

  “They have been pretty ok at doing my nails and toes. They are really quick which I appreciate. Sometimes the gel has chipped because it was too thick. They aren’t the best at designs so keep that in mind. The staff are nice and polite but usually there is only one lady working there so you can expect a long wait. The man that is always there can’t do nails so I’m not really sure what his purpose is. Would be great if they could employ one or two more technicians.”

  “Had my nails done yesterday. Got gel nails- £23 with old set removal. Reasonable price however 3 hours after I’d had them done they’ve already started peeling off! Disappointing, and am now gonna have to get them done elsewhere. Also don’t accept card payments but don’t have wifi for you to bank transfer. Would not recommend at all”
