  “I went to this nail salon for a refill, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. First of all, the man who was doing my nails was very rude and seemed careless throughout the appointment. He filed my nails unevenly and the overall shape looked messy and unprofessional. By the time he finished, my nails were not in good shape at all and looked worse than when I arrived. The quality of the work was very poor. Some nails were uneven and not shaped, he didn’t understand what I was telling and he was very rude to even try to understand and the finish was far from what I expected. It was obvious that the refill had not been done properly. So I would highly not recommend this salon for nails”

  “I went to this nail salon for a refill and chrome nails, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience. First of all, the man who was filing my nails was so rough that my finger started bleeding and it was extremely painful. Even now, the skin around my nail is still burning and sore. Then the woman who was doing the chrome design kept messing it up and redoing it over and over again. The whole appointment took around 1 hour and 45 minutes, while I was in a hurry because I had an important event to attend. Several of my nails were completely ruined, and when I came back to have them fixed, they first told me they would only fix two fingers. Then they realized themselves how bad the result was and admitted they couldn’t properly do chrome nails, so they removed everything and asked me to choose another color instead. I had already paid for chrome nails, but in the end they just told me I could get plain polish instead. Another issue was that every color I chose from the catalog was “not available.” They kept bringing me random similar shades instead of the actual colors I picked. I chose different pink shades three times and every time they brought something completely different. When I said it wasn’t the same color, they replied that they only had “similar colors,” not the real ones from the catalog. At the end, the staff were also very rude and told me, “Don’t come back again.” Overall, this was a very disappointing experience — poor quality work, painful service, wasted time, and unprofessional behavior. I definitely do not recommend this salon.”

  “Love this nail salon I’ve been coming here for 5 years! Always happy with the service and quality. Very affordable very skilled and I even get a coffee!! I moved a year ago and still travel back highly recommended! Wouldnt go anywhere else!”

  “Sheffield Nails is one of the best nail shops i have been in. They make you feel so welcomed and take on board everything you ask for. They do everything so precise and take their time with each design whether it’s a basic french tip or a more extreme design. They always make sure you like the nails after each step of process, for example the shape. Overall, I have an excellent experience every time i come.”

  “I have been going to these guys for my nails for a while. They smash it ,I come out obsessed with my nails every time. They’ve helped me to grow out my natural nails and not need tips.They are quick and efficient but can do a perfect and crisp French tips. I feel very welcome every time and the experience makes getting my nails done a relaxing and pleasurable time.”

  “I am normally really anxious about getting my nails done, but thought I’d give it one last try - I have never had friendlier service at a nail salon! The staff here always have amazing recommendations and make sure you are comfortable with drinks and good conversation. They even humour my silly little designs! Cannot recommend them enough!”
