Customer Review Summary
Dosas draw the most consistent praise, with reviewers repeatedly highlighting crispy, golden dosas served with chutneys and sambar, including standout mentions of the Mysore Masala Dosa and ghee roast dosa. Close behind, diners single out the bamboo biryani, mutton kothu, and gobi Manchurian as favorites, and several call the food flavorful, fast, and reasonably priced, with friendly, attentive staff. A few also enjoyed the pepper prawns and paal appam. Complaints recur on inconsistency: one visitor found the dosa's potato stuffing watery on a later trip despite past good experiences, and another described the food quantity as less than expected and the taste average. A separate reviewer reported a takeaway bag broke and spilled food in transit, adding unexpected cleaning costs, and asked for better packaging. Overall the pattern is strong praise for the dosas and non-veg specialties, tempered by occasional lapses in consistency and takeaway handling.

“I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times before and always had a good experience, especially during winters. However, this visit was disappointing. The main issue was the potato stuffing in the dosa. It seemed off and watery, …”
- BACHELOR'S COOKING
“I visited this restaurant with my friends, and it was an absolute delight for anyone craving authentic South Indian and Chettinad-style non-veg dishes. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and the aroma of freshly prepared spices set the perfect tone. We started with the Mysore Masala Dosa, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had! The dosa was crisp and golden, perfectly thin yet substantial, with a generous, flavorful potato masala filling that’s beautifully spiced. The red Mysore chutney smeared inside gave it that signature fiery kick without overpowering the dish. Paired with coconut chutney and sambar, it was pure comfort on a plate. My friends couldn’t stop raving about it! For the mains, the Chicken Roast was outstanding — tender pieces of chicken marinated in a rich blend of spices, roasted to perfection with crispy edges and juicy interior. The flavors were deep, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with fennel, curry leaves, and spice levels. The Mutton Masala was the star of the evening. The mutton was slow-cooked until it literally fell off the bone, soaked in a thick, spicy gravy bursting with robust flavors — cloves, cinnamon, and fresh ground masalas shining through. It had that authentic homestyle taste without being overly oily. We mopped it up with rice and porotta, and every bite was satisfying. Portions are generous, service is quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu. If you’re a fan of South Indian cuisine — especially crispy dosas and spicy, flavorful non-veg curries — this is a must-visit spot. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back soon.”

“Super yummy! The food was amazing, we had the pepper prawns, paal appam, kottu paratha, briyani and their milk tea. Food was super yummy and served piping hot. The waitress was a very sweet girl and so accommodating. Also manage to bump into the owner and told him how fantastic their dishes are! Will come back surely.”

“The food came rather quickly and it was very delicious and filling. We enjoyed the vegetarian dosa and the chicken dosa. We tried the Gobi manchurian cauliflower and loved the dish as well.”
