  “Very bad first impression. Order placed at 20:23 on JustEat. App confirmed that the restaurant does their own delivery. Patiently waited for almost an hour and a half as the app kept saying the food is on its way. Then the app indicated that the food was delivered, but I hadn't received it. Phoned the restaurant at 21:52. They confirmed they delivered it to another house on the same street by mistake. Offered to re deliver in another 15-20 mins, which would mean it'd be 10:15 best case scenario. It would be very late for my dinner as I have to take medicines as well. So, after waiting patiently for 1.5 hrs, I haven't received the food I paid for. Highly unprofessional-especially for a business that does food. Very casual attitude. No one should have to go hungry due to such reasons. Never trying them, but the reality is, this review isn't even going to make a difference.”
