  “Ordered Rogan Josh online. Couldn't tell it was a curry. Hardly any flavour or sauce, just rammed with peppers. Basically chicken in a poor gravey. Very disappointed.”

  “One of my favourite restaurants. Food is always tasty and hot, staff are great and prices are spot on. I like the fact it is being your own alcohol and you can always have soft drinks from the restaurant if you're not drinking. The vegetarian starter for two is awesome for price and really filling. If you can't eat all your meal ask the staff to pack up for you to take home they are very accommodating and happy to help. Recommend booking if dining in as can get busy on certain days but I have never had an issue.”

  “We went for a meal earlier, and the staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, even sorted a bottle for my 10 month Granddaughter. Friendly service and the food was wonderful. Definitely another visit will be happening.”

  “Very reasonable on price. Food is good and they don't seem to hold back on the amount of meat in the dishes as some do. Being unlicensed it's bring your own but that just adds to the value for money as you're not getting ripped off for a pint. 4 of us went, poppadoms, starters and mains £70. Handy co-op very close by for the essential booze purchases.”

  “I'm sorry to say this is the worst takeaway my husband and I have ever had. We asked for the tandoori special and all the meat looked like it had been deep fried (not grilled) and quite frankly some of we didn't touch because it just looked horrible. We've eaten Indian food countless times from a huge range of places, including restaurants and weddings and this is by far the worst we've had. The meat was inedible and the onion bhajis were oily. We asked for pilau rice and received brown rice!? Definitely won't be returning. Spice Rack in Handsworth is by far superior if you want good Indian food.”

  “Mixed Grill for 2 starter was delicious. Lumb bhuna and prawn dopiaza for main, both very nice. Shared a pilau rice and garlic naan. Very good service and reasonably priced, would definitely go back.”
