Customer Review Summary
Reviewers are sharply divided, and the salt and pepper dishes show it. One household calls the salt and pepper meals phenomenal and the food piping hot, while another found the salt and pepper chips greasy, bland and not spicy. Close behind, the chicken curry is twice compared to water, and the special fried rice, ribs, crispy beef and chop suey rolls are described as old, hard, solid or tasting off, though one reviewer still counted the chips among the best they had. A returning customer says recent orders were tasty and fresh after an earlier bad one. The heavier complaint is service. Several describe deliveries running well past the quoted time, one order that never arrived, and staff hanging up on callers. One reviewer who asked for crispy duck without bone and prawns without veg received both wrong and was told to remove the bone and pick the veg out. Another reports half an order missing, then being handed a bag of food at the counter that was still wrong, with no refund.

“We tried New Wok Master last night and after being told delivery was an hour we waited patiently. And hour came and went and we called back to be told another 30 minutes. That last and then we asked when it would be delivered to be told soon, but the Chinese lady wouldn’t give a time and the proceeded to hang up on me. Needless to say the food never arrived so we will never use this place ever again, and I would suggest you give it a miss.”

“Special fried rice is old, hard an dry tastes horrible the curry is like water. The ribs are absolutely solid the couple millimetres off pork you get on them tastes old and microwaved. But the chips was some off the best IV had but i won't be ordering again 1/10 Chinese you should be ashamed off yourselves. Everyone knows Chinese food is low quality but this food is beyond inedible. Anyone in comments the orient on lane top is best your getting an is clean n fresh.”
