Customer Review Summary
Salt and pepper dishes lead the praise, with reviewers singling out the salt and pepper chips and the salt and pepper tofu, plus sweet and sour tofu among the vegetarian options. Close behind, several describe food arriving piping hot at the door, generous portions, and a beef with mixed veg that came out tasty. Others mention noodles and sweet and sour that were full of flavour, and food that was not greasy. Friendly staff come up repeatedly, along with collection ready within minutes and deliveries arriving on the time stated. Value for money is a recurring point of praise. The caveat comes from two unhappy reviewers. One found the House Special Rice stodgy, with dry meat and dry, rubbery chicken in the curry. The other, who had earlier phoned about poor quality and been told the chef would be made aware, returned to find the chips undercooked, though the curry was fine. One reviewer plans to take the leftover chips back.

“Had a takeaway last night ordering was easy and the young lady was pleasant enough only waited about 10 to 15 mins for it to be cooked. Got food home in minutes as we live in the village , the food was hot enough but the House Special Rice was as the worse ever stodgy the meat was dry , the chicken in the Curry we had was dry and rubbery not used this takeaway for a while and definitely won’t be rushing back.”
