After being diagnosed with gluten intolerance over 20 years ago, I was too scared to risk eating from a fish and chip shop again. It was one of those little things I really missed. And then I discovered Trawlers in Seaford has gluten-free options! Now, one of my absolute favourite things is picking up a large portion of gluten-free chips on my way home. It might sound like a small thing, but after more than 20 years of missing out, every single bite tastes like home. I’m not sure the lovely people at Trawlers realise quite how much happiness they sell wrapped up in a portion of chips, but I’m very grateful they do.”
