“Went here as reviews were good but found the food lacking - chips weren't salted (despite asking for this) and batter wasnt great (bready, not crispy at all). It was a really busy evening and waited over 50 minutes for food despite being told 20, so kids were crying. In busy times would be much improved by them just putting chips on the side for people to snack whilst waiting as everyone was getting cross, including the staff getting cross with each other. Clearly hadnt put the kids fish on and kept mixing up orders - then expecting people to pay for the difference! Food was just not worth the wait at all, or the price.”
