About Mr Brunch
Mr Brunch is a restaurant on Doncaster Road in Scunthorpe serving a brunch-led menu with a heavy burger focus, and the kitchen cooks everything fresh to order, so a wait is common at peak times. The menu includes the Farmers Wife burger, the Brunch Big Mac, the Forest Gump burger and the Dirty Donna loaded fries, the last of these piled with melted cheese, a house special sauce and Donna meat. The Irish Spice Bag adds a different direction, bringing spice bag flavours onto the same menu. Service runs as walk-in only, with seating for diners who turn up on the day. A YouTube channel reviewing other establishments plays in the background of the room, and the venue sits close to the route Scunthorpe United fans take to home matches at Glanford Park.

Customer Review Summary
Smash burgers are the main draw, and several reviewers call them the best burgers in Scunthorpe. Diners name the Farmers Wife, a smash burger with spicy or southern fried chicken, and the Brunch Big Mac, whose flavours one reviewer calls second to none. Another singles out the spicy coleslaw as superb. Dirty Donna loaded fries come close behind, with one reviewer saying the loaded fries are the way to go. Reviewers also mention full-flavoured food, generous portions, good value for money and friendly service. One notes a bun that never goes soggy and layers not overpowered by sauce or grease. The same reviewer mentions a little wait because everything is cooked fresh to order. The spice bag divides opinion. One diner loved the Irish spice bag and would order it again, while another found it good on flavour but basically salt and pepper chips with Chinese seasoning and six scrappy bits of chicken, and wanted more chicken.
