Customer Review Summary
Kebabs with generous portions and fresh salad are what most positive reviewers return for, with the doner called very tasty and one parent saying a son who disliked kebab now eats it. Several describe clean premises, friendly staff and budget-friendly prices, and one regular likes the build-your-own pizza in different sizes. One reviewer says any mistakes are easily resolved. The negative reviews are substantial and centre on slipping quality and service. A long-time customer says the Halep arrived with cold rice, no sauce, overcooked lamb and far less of the bread than before. Another describes a burger with only two pieces of bread and meat and says the food gets worse every year. One regular notes some staff are rude, and another says a staff member shouted at them after they pointed out a burning burger, so they walked out despite having paid. A third ordered a large mixed kebab in the shop, received a small one with chips, and was told that was what they had ordered.

“Rubbish place, every year food more worse. Burger contain 2 pieces of bread and meat in between without anything. Let's their mother feed them same way. If i could i would put 0”

“Best place near becontree station, so people living around Gale Street.... this is ur go to place, reasonable price... you can literally call them and walk in to collect in 15/20 min. Some staff are a bit rude, always....as I am regular so I noticed that. But the other are real jolly and nice with you.... I like best of their "Creat Your Own Pizza" in different size.... so u choose ur toppings, money saving highly Recommended”
