“Service was prompt and friendly from the start. I had an issue with the level of spice, having had the same item before I was surprised that I could not tolerate it this time: I was asked by a member of staff, Astley, if everything was ok and explained my dilemma. Astley could not have been more helpful, she replaced my chicken with a less spicy version immediately and made sure that everything was good from there on. Astley was very understanding and gave perfect customer service and therefore satisfaction, she should be encouraged to train others to such a high standard!”

“Standard yummy Nandos. Would have given 5 stars for food but its been a bit messy lately and my usual 'pickle mix' as a side has been a few sliced pickles from a jar. I'll bring my own next time ha! No, seriously, a little pride in presentation goes a long way”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nando’s yesterday (24 June 2026). From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome. A huge thank you to Ashley, Fin, Kate, and everyone who was on duty yesterday. Your customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. The restaurant was spotless, the food was delicious, and to top it all off, the team kindly surprised us with some extra garlic bread, which was such a lovely gesture. It’s rare to come across service this good, and the whole team deserves recognition. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!”
