“Visited today and have been quite a few times before. Great carvery but what stood out the most was the lovely Charlotte behind the carvery. She was so polite and friendly, she noticed that my son was holding his wrist- he’s just played football and was complaining that it was hurting. She noticed this and immediately asked if he was ok, what he’s done and if he wanted an ice pack making up. This in itself was so lovely but the fact she’d actually noticed rather than being asked was really really nice. She got him an ice pack and we enjoyed our meal. Thanks Charlotte. People like you really do deserve a mention when it comes to offering above and beyond customer service.”
