  “Fantastic company and customer service. I ordered some bags of coffee from them and somehow (god knows how!) I managed to put an incorrect address into the online order form resulting in my coffee being sent to a different part of the country and the package being lost. It was completely my own error but Strangers sent me a replacement by next day delivery! Such a nice gesture for something that was completely my fault. Many thanks. And also- the coffee is excellent. I’ve ordered from them many times and never been let down by the quality.”

  “Exceptional coffee and top-tier service! I first discovered Strangers Coffee during a "New Bike Day" build at Vires Velo. After visiting the Norwich shop, the helpful staff identified the delicious blend as the Colombia Campo Santo. Having finished my first bag, I ordered a kilo online. The customer service was fantastic—the team quickly confirmed the blend, and dispatch was incredibly fast. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be ordering again!”

  “We visited late noon, is Nice and quiet place for easy talking, we sitting outside, as the main lounge is almost full, they served tasted coffee, For my opinion the tables and the bench’s are not so robust”

  “Strangers is one of probably only about half a dozen places in Norwich for specialty coffee, and probably the most centrally located and popular. It's become my go-to when in Norwich. They have a decent range of house roast blends and single origin coffees. As well as the usual espresso machine coffees, they typically have two specialty coffees on batch filter brew (a Honduras Natural and an Ethiopian when last visited). They have a good range of beans to purchase, although not quite their full range, which is available from the hole-in-the-wall at their city centre roastery around the corner on Dove Street. Staff have been consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful when visiting, and approachably knowledgeable. Food: pastries and cakes. Seating available inside and outside.”

  “DIDNOT TRY FOOD. Coffee shop recommended to us by Sevenoaks hi fi store. If the locals recommended it, then it must be good. Lovely coffee, really smooth, hot, creamy latte. Pity there is no star mark for drinks cos this place is a 10 plus. For such a small place the place was really clean, especially the loo. Great team behind the till and can't wait yo try the coffee at home.”

  “I went to Stranger Coffee to get my caffeine fix before an event, hoping to find a fruity coffee. The staff kindly offered me a taste of their filter coffee before making a purchase. The coffee had a fruity taste, reminiscent of pineapple, with a subtle fermented aroma. It was an excellent coffee, especially for its affordable price!”

  “Cheap prices for good coffee and cake. A pretty small cafe so I would get here earlyish in the day to ensure a seat if you're planning on staying a while. Very friendly staff. The cafe itself is very aesthetically pleasing and has a great view of the lanes and bustling Norwich life. Tables come with complimentary mini lotus biscuits.”
