Quick info
About Labyrinth Norwich
Labyrinth Norwich operates as a laser tag center inside a multistory car park on Unit A in Norwich, with sessions that begin with a briefing on how to use the lasers and on safety. The venue doubles as a play cafe where snacks and drinks are catered to parents as well as children, and staff accommodate food requirements and allergies. A build-a-bear and teddy bear making experience is available alongside the laser tag, and the space hosts children's birthday parties with food and drinks provided. A takeout menu covers visitors who want something to eat without sitting down. Entry is on a walk-in basis, so visitors can arrive without a booking and head straight into the game or the cafe.

Customer Review Summary
Birthday parties are what most reviewers come for, with several describing kids leaving happy after the food, toys and slide, and one noting a group spanning ages 3 to 71 where the adults had as much fun as the children. Laser tag is the main activity, and a first-time player says the briefing made it easy to join in. Close behind is the teddy bear making, which children loved, alongside a play cafe one grandparent calls safe. Reviewers also mention pizza and chips, flapjacks and blondies, and staff who accommodated food requirements and allergies and engaged with the children. The one recurring complaint is cost at the cafe: a reviewer who enjoyed the laser tag was shocked that a jug of squash with barely any flavour and a can of drink came to £7, saying it let the day down, though others call the overall price reasonable or good value. One reviewer jokes about taking a minute or two to find the way out of the maze.

“You don't even have to leave the multistory carpark to get the Labyrinth. Once in there you are informed of what will occur and then taken up for a briefing on how to use the lasers and safety. Its all very easy. This was my first time playing laser tag and i was pondering about groups, if i got lost, if i didnt like it etc. No need to have pondered - it was all just brilliant fun! And youre so busy with the game, you actually just blend in with everyone and have a laugh. Money wise, I'd say this was value for money in the city.”

“We hired Labyrinth for my son’s 8th birthday celebrations. We had a mix of ages from 3-71. The staff were really accommodating with food requirements and allergies. We all had a great time - I think the adults had more fun than the children. Thank you so much! We will be back again ☺️”
