Customer Review Summary
Diners most often praise the curries and breads, with reviewers naming the Chicken Madhuri with extra heat, a mixed kebab starter, garlic rice, Peshwari naan, fluffy naan and chapati. One calls the king prawn purée the best they have eaten, and another singles out the red sauce served with poppadoms. Several describe friendly staff, an owner who checks in at the table, food served piping hot, and a wide range of dishes for different levels of heat. Takeaway and delivery also earn good words from a few. The complaints are sharper than their number suggests. Two reviewers describe delivery problems, one with an order arriving very late and cold and then late again on a second try, the other unable to get a reply from the manager. A dine-in reviewer had to ask three times for an order to be taken in a quiet dining room, was told "we are busy," and found the room cold with the heaters off. One returning couple closed by noting the food arrived piping hot with crisp linen on the tables.

“Live in the village, so try to support local businesses, the last takeaway we ordered arrived 2 hours late, and cold , but tonight, after a busy day running our own businesses, serving our customers as best we can, we thought we'd give it another go! ... Alas, we have nearly an hour's notice, and yep, you guessed it , late again! Well ! Never again !!! How come we get a delivery from a brilliant curry house in weedon with no dramas? On time !! Etc etc..... Up your game , it's a bit to comfortable, or it may be gone in a sniff”

“I've eaten here on several occasions and always been extremely satisfied with takeaway and eating in the restaurant. My family and I ate there this weekend and everything about the meal was superb ; the friendly and attentive staff, the cleanliness (immaculate), the service, the food & the price. All suberb!!”

“The restaurant does not care about it customers. We came to this restaurant as it central to our friends for distance. However the restaurant is almost always cold, as they do not use their heaters. We have to bring extra clothing just to stay warm. Today the service was extremely bad. Although there was 4/5 table in the whole restaurant, I had to ask three times to have our order taken. The waiter responded abruptly "we are busy" well obviously not. I over heard another table complaining as well. 2 floor staff to look after 4/5 tables is plenty, I say this with experience as I come from a catering back ground.”
