“Just received a delivery from wok inn I ordered chicken fried noodles and crispy shredded smoked chicken both tasted amazing. Portions were very good and came within 25 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.”

“I placed an order because it was my birthday and my guests were on their way. I had scheduled the delivery, but they decided to cancel my order just 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive, without any explanation. That was really upsetting. I definitely won’t use their service again.”

“Ordered 3 dishes for takeaway, 2 arrived wrong, when queried as we do not eat meat/pork so no mention on UberEats menu, told I am ‘expected’ to know and refused to help?? Surely correct labelling is part of our customer rights? 2nd order was for shrimps but received beef? After lots of back and forth, eventually UberEats did refund for both dishes. Wok Inn were not bothered. Where is the customer service, definitely not ordering from here again, appalling service and rude staff!”

“Enjoyed a family birthday meal here on Thursday. Food was amazing, quick service and the staff couldn’t do enough. They went out of their way to make sure our children were catered for, bringing them separate sauces that were not spicey and extras of what they liked. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you”

“I ordered this on delivery so i cant speak for the service or atmosphere. I ordered egg fried rice singapore chowmein and crispy shredded beef. To put it simply the rice was bland and seemed to lack any salt whatsoever and the crispy beef was chewy infact so chewy it took a good 5 minutes to swallow one bit. The only redeeming dish was the chowmein which while the best dish i ordered was also lacking flavour. Will not be ordering again”
