“I have visited nandos over several locations. Each location is uniformed so you always feel like you know the place if you've been to one you've been to all. The food on each occasion has been great. My visit to nandos in the abbey center was no different. Service was a little slower than I would have liked to have seen but the time if day was more at fault than the staff. My guest has severe allergies, our order was taken by the manager and he was so accommodating. He could not do enough to help. The time we waited to get the food was a bit longer than what I have experienced previously in other outlets but again the time of day being the biggest factor. In all a very typical experience. Good job”

“Arrived at 11:30am on bank holiday and the place was nearly empty. I seen two other tables taken up. We ordered a burger a wrap and two sides. After paying we were told it would be 15 minutes due to a delay. We ended up waiting over 35 minutes and during that time I noticed the manager and her partner cooked themselves up something nice for lunch before any customers had gotten there meal. Server who showed us to to our table was a legend.”
