Customer Review Summary
Missing items are the most repeated complaint, with several reviewers saying half their order never arrived. One received only black bean sauce instead of chicken chow mein in black bean sauce, and another got no fries. Rubbery chicken comes up repeatedly, including the honey chilli chicken and reheated chicken, alongside small portions, cold food and extra greasy chips. One reviewer reports the sweet and sour pork tasted of bleach. Rude phone manner is the other major theme. One caller describes being put on hold repeatedly and then told the honey glazed chicken wings were not sold, only salted chilli ones. A holidaymaker says the line was hung up on them over a request for Hong Kong style chicken nuggets and felt it was linked to their accent. One reviewer offers a contrast, praising friendly staff, cleanliness and fast service with no long wait. Several who phoned back about missing food say they were told everything had arrived.

“AVOID!!! Very bag experience. Half of the order was missing. When phoned back to ask what about the rest of the food ordered-very rude lady was trying to tell me we got all what was ordered! Instead of chicken chow mein in black bean sauce recived black bean sauce only! Asked for burger and fries-but they had no burgers so asked for fries only-didn’t get any 🤦🏼♀️ We actually paid £35 just for two meals that weren’t even tasty-the chicken was rubbery and seemed to have been reheated many times. The portions are small compared to other Chinese takeaways. The meat box was only half full. No apologies, customer service at the lowest possible level…Never ever again.”

“Do not order from here. The food quality is awful-small portions. The honey chilli chicken didn't taste like honey chilli at all and had a horrible, rubbery texture. On top of that, half our order was completely missing. They charge an overpriced delivery fee for a 7-minute drive, and the staff are unprofessional and rude when you complain.”

“Awful. Getting worse. Cold on arrival, live 3 minutes drive away. Chicken like rubber, chips re heated over too much and extra greasy. Very rude staff. Portions are atrocious. Never again.”

“I had a very unpleasant time with this Chinese, the lady on the phone was very rude and abrupt as she kept hanging up when I mentioned chicken nuggets Hong Kong style, as I am not not from the area I felt like it was a racist remark towards my accent!!!!! I feel very upset and offended and don’t suggest this place to people as they are very prejudice.”
