  “Mix kebab was very dry, I asked the brother if he could put garlic sauce on top of the kebab and give me a pot of chilli, guy refused and said he can’t do that, so obviously not the smartest guy working in a kebab shop. £13.50 for a mix kebab which was only chicken and donner, I asked if he can give more chicken then donner blud said he couldn’t do that even tho I was willing to pay extra. Rest of the stuff was top but this brother needs a look in his mirror.”

  “It was 12.30am that I ordered, so I’m being a bit more generous with rating. However the guy who answered the phone sounded annoyed as he took the order, I could here him loudly sighing as I told him the order. The pizza was the worst bolognese pizza ever!!! The cheese didn’t look cooked properly, then the mushrooms were on top and looked raw. You hardly get any mince meat, and it was like grit, and cold, but the base was boiling hot!!! If not for sauce couldn’t have even finished a slice!. The kebab wrap was nice. I wish I had of took photos!.”

  “Absolutely terrible experience. The food arrived with a strong, foul smell that made it impossible to eat completely unacceptable from a hygiene and quality standpoint. What made it even worse was the shocking behavior I encountered when I called to report the issue. The person on the phone was rude, abusive, and made racially offensive remarks. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a business. It’s incredibly disappointing and unacceptable in 2025. I’ve reported this incident to Newcastle City Council’s Health and Safety team. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from here not just for the poor food quality, but for the unprofessional and discriminatory customer service.”

  “horrible customer service the photos on the app doesn't match the pizza they deliver the shop will directly call you and yell at you if you complain about it he also threatened me if you ask for a refund I'll ban you this is from the store. so disrespectful would not recommend at all.”

  “.You are really great. Most pizza shops are like car mechanics. Dirty shops and dirty clothes... but you are great. I was the last customer of this store tonight, all the extras are thrown away and that's what made me write my review. I drive 6 miles to buy from you because cleanliness and quality are very important to me. Sometimes I wait twenty minutes, but I'm happy. I eat clean food and your staff are polite and friendly. I love your chicken pizza and spicy pepperoni.thanks 👌😋😋”

  “If you happen to be at Chillingham Road and you're looking for straightforward takeaway pizzas, this is a place I'd recommend. 🍕 🍕Despite regular pizza chains (Domino's & Pizza Hut) literally a stone's throw away, regulars still flock to this pizza take-away. Running for over 3 years, the gentlemen running the store clearly enjoy their craft (just look at the pictures). 🧑‍🍳Our dine-in experience was great. We had the Marinara Pizza with Stuffed Crust. I observed how deftly the chef prepared the pizza; from stuffing cheese into the crust, to how he placed layers of ingredients like basil, mushrooms and more cheese as toppings. I definitely would vouch for ordering the stuffed crust, and requesting for a side of their garlic sauce. 🍝While waiting for our pizza, constantly were there buzzes from delivery orders and walk-ins, despite it being already 10pm. I'm definitely returning for more pizzas soon. Perhaps to also try their kebabs!”
