Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise hot, fresh food built around chicken, with chicken chow mein, chicken balls and chicken fried rice described as full of good sized bits of chicken and good flavour. Close behind are salt and pepper chips, salt and pepper chicken, crispy chilli beef and duck in pancakes, plus big prawns and fresh crispy veg in light sauces. Several call the counter staff friendly, and a few mention delivery arriving ahead of the estimate and generous portions. Others describe a decline. Complaints include a beef and green pepper with only about ten small bits of beef, a Hong Kong style sweet and sour with little chicken, spring rolls without shrimp and a thin portion of chow mein. One reviewer waited an hour and a half for tasteless prawn crackers, extremely salty smoked chicken and poor ribs, and another found the staff rude when ordering. Some say it was better a couple of years ago, while one says it has improved in recent months. One disappointed customer still received two free fortune cookies with the delivery.

“I bought a mixed menu of special curry and rice, special fried rice spring rolls and spare ribs yesterday- even whilst eating I vomiting it back up and ended up on the loo. Tonight I made sure everything was piping hot and sadly same thing happened-!it used to be my go to take away, not anymore”

“Been using them since I moved there in 2024. They served fresh authentic Chinese/malaysian cuisines with reasonable prices and generous portions too. The staffs at the counter are always courteous and friendly, just let them know your requirements and they are more than happy to cater to your liking and that matters most. Utterly recommended and look no further, this is the place for your Chinese/malaysian takeaway.”

“Rude when I ordered! Ive been ordering food for some time and it just keeps going down hill. Only wanted to order a few item's on the menu and seemed like their time was more important than anyone else's! The place also smelled very oily like there was no was for air to pass by! Also Weird how they have a lot of unusual staff turn over? Never going here again as even the boss doesn't even care about serving a non up to standard food! It tasted horrible like they reused produce! It's sickening! Worst so called Malaysian food! The other half is Malaysian and she can cook better!”
