“Ordered food tonight at 6:30pm and they said it would be 45mins...1hour 30mins later it still hadn't arrived! Rang them and the women that answered was so rude and had a vile attitude! No customer service at all! We asked to speak the owner "Jimmy" and she said "I can't deal with complaints at the minute and you can't speak to him". She later went on to say "Well do you want your food or not". She had a raised voice the whole time which was disgusting...We are regulars and have spent lots of money here. Jimmy has also known of us for years! Such a shame a member of staff would let him down like this! We later rang back and a lovely man answered, completely different attitude and apologised for the how the last phone call went!”
