“First time of trying will never try again,Ordered a takeaway via Just Eat and received a delivered notification,but it had not been delivered.Rang restaurant to be told that we would have to contact Just Eat as they cannot contact the drivers.We were then told that delivery had been attempted and that driver had rang us - not true.No calls, no delivery attempt as camera would have picked up.Then the restaurant told us the driver may have taken meal for himself and we would have to contact Just Eat for a refund.Totally unhelpful and appalling service.”

“I’m writing to give feedback on the Pad Thai I received. Unfortunately, it didn’t match expectations. It was quite oily, lacked spice, and the noodles were mostly dry with only a small amount of sauce at the bottom. Eggs were included even though they weren’t mentioned in the description, which was unexpected. Additionally, the food arrived cold.”

“Visited with friends, to keep things simple we ordered two set meals for two. The food was disappointingly bland, less Thai more low quality Chinese with a Thai Red Curry accompanying dish. The speed with which food was served after ordering suggested that little was cooked fresh. Overall the dishes were reminiscent of a cheap supermarket take away meal in terms of quality and flavour. Service was efficient and staff courteous but the food left much to be desired in terms of flavour and authenticity. Not recommended, my wife and I had a far superior Thai meal with friends (at almost exactly the same price) in Newark only two weeks ago.”
