Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply on this Swinton pizza and kebab takeaway. Those who praise it call it a go-to spot, singling out the pizza, hot food, polite and friendly staff, and fast, on-time delivery, with one mentioning a 10% discount. Several long-time customers say it has slipped, though, and the complaints are specific. Kebabs and donner arrive with almost no meat and heaps of salad, one reviewer describes burnt pizza, and deliveries run longer than quoted. A loyal customer of many years says the manager was rude and argumentative when an issue was raised, and another calls the staff rude and the portions stingy. One reviewer says a leaflet promised free delivery, yet the website added a delivery charge, a bag fee and a service charge at checkout. Several of those unhappy say they are now taking their orders elsewhere after years of ordering, while a fan notes another order was already on its way.

“Couldn’t find anyway to comment other than to leave a review, received a leaflet that claimed you could get free delivery by ordering directly with Amigos, however their website not only adds a delivery charge at checkout, but also a bag fee and a service charge.”

“Absolutely love this place! The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, which makes such a difference. The food is consistently great every single time – you know exactly what you’re getting and it never disappoints. Service is really fast too, even when they’re busy. Honestly one of the best pizza spots around. Highly recommend!”
