  “Usually, the food is great and served with care whilst having fast delivery. In this case, we ordered our food in which contained chicken balls, spring rolls and fries. The first order we received was missing these items which led us to calling Golden Dragon. We then called golden dragon in which they gave us our food, but this is where the problem starts. The spring rolls we received were clearly left out and was not made freshly, hence to why they were stale whilst also being burnt. Not only that, but the fries that we received in our first order was cold and hard when it arrived. I was highly disappointed to receive this order as we have ordered from this place multiple times in the past and never had problems like this – making it seem like this order was made with not their usual care.”

  “I ordered from here for the first time and had a really good experience! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything arrived hot. The spring rolls were crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the other dishes were also really tasty and authentic. The packaging was good and nothing was spilled. The prices are reasonable too. I’ll definitely order from here again. Highly recommended!”

  “Disgusting experience! Delivery was over an hour late. Driver refused to come to the door, I had to go out to his across the car park 30 yards away! Food was cold and tasteless! They shut the deliveroo system down before i had chance to give a bad review. Refunded £2.36. Ruined my appetite and my friday night! Avoid at all costs. I never give bad reviews but the attitude was terrible from staff and driver. This will be going on every review app possible too.”

  “Edited to add. Order number was 6074400 and we did order direct from your website. Having been regular customers here, or last order has been incredibly disappointing to the point where we won't return. The food took 1.5 hours to be delivered, having stated 50 mins delivery. I called after 70 mins to check in and they simply stated it will be there soon the driver is out, without asking which order I was asking about. When it arrived, spring rolls and chips were soggy and cold and the sausages were shrivelled up and unappetising. I will no longer be recommending.”

  “i have been coming here for years now , they have been shut for a few weeks and reopened recently so thought we go in and order , she read the order back and it was fine, price seemed a little high but we had more than usual, got the food home they gave me 2 chow meins that i realised i have now paid for, didn’t give me the drink i ordered and gave me some strange burnt tasting sauce that was horrible meant too be curry sauce which was all over my food now before id tried it, i rang and explained this too them they said bring one of the chow meins back and we will have a full refund so i did , got too shop she tried to give me £7 when i paid £32 so i said no you can’t just refund me the chow meins u have ruined my meal with this sauce and not even gave me a drink, i argued for a while and received nothing, so i said at least give me the can i have also paid for she gave it me it was OPEN AND HALF FULL !! they must have known they didn’t give it in the first place and had it for themselves , also just got home and my house is absolutely stinking of this mysterious sauce maybe it was out of date?? was very rude, i also mentioned that i could of been allergic too anything in this sauce and i don’t even know what it is…”

  “Ordered Salt & Pepper Chicken & Salt & Pepper chips. The chicken I thought was poor quality and tasteless not much taste or spice to it. There was just a few onions and no seasoning on the chicken. The chips were the same and they were also frozen chips and not chippy chips which I prefer. I will not be using them again.”

  “Would have left a zero rating. Placed order via just eat 2 hours ago and received nothing. Phoned and goes straight to voice mail. Have ordered from here before but this time takes the biscuit! Requested refund from just eat who request photos. I have nothing to photo as nothing has been delivered.”

  “I ordered from Golden Dragon in Denton for the first time and I was genuinely impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Thanks so much for the complimentary spring rolls, such a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. Delivery was incredibly quick, and the delivery driver was extremely friendly and polite, which made the whole experience even better, fantastic service and amazing food, I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended! :-)”
