“This is hands down the best Chinese takeaway around - we’ve lived in the area for 30 years and have a Chinese weekly. The staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious (we HIGHLY recommend the fish in chilli and garlic, and the mixed meat in black pepper sauce. Even the curry sauce bangs, and the fact you can get proper chippy chips from here too is an absolute touch. The quality is consistently great, the portion sizes are decent and it’s always piping hot . I was genuinely stunned to see this place only has 3.8 on here, then read some of the reviews and realised it’s clearly people who don’t like Chinese food that have an issue - I mean, surely you need to manage your own expectations when you a chicken burger from a Chinese takeaway/chippy. Anyway thanks for being a weekend staple for us time and time again - your food is absolutely FAB!”
