“We visited on a Sunday on an August bank holiday and the service was shocking! It took us 1 hour 15 mins to get our main meals. All other tables that came after us got served before us, they had ordered starters! All our meals came out at different times. There was no apology from the chap running the show. He didn’t communicate how long we would wait, he didn’t even offer anything to us while waiting. The prawns we ordered were so salty! The chef needs to taste his food before he serves it. I asked for some money off and was offered a measly 10 pounds off! Shocking service, the owner needs to see what is happening at this restaurant. It has potential but things need to improve if you want people to come back. As Keralites visiting we were looking forward to this but left frustrated and unhappy! You need to take fewer take away orders if your chef can’t cope with all these orders.”

“Went in for the lunch special at 12 noon, Chicken Tikka Masala, with rice, bread, raita, Dhal, and a cabbage side, all for £6.95. We were the only two in the restaurant, despite the incredible offer. The opening hours outside said 5pm. An A Board outside advertising the lunches and times could surely get more footfall. We waited 30 minutes for it, cooked from scratch, all extremely tasty, and the chicken was chunky and moist. Very flavoursome food. We will most definitely go back to try something else. Please give it a try, even if it's quiet. They deserve far more customers.”

“A genuine South Indian menu. Great Dhosa but the chaat bombs were nonsense. Reasonable curry and great service.”
