  “Delivery took over 2 hours and once it did finally arrive the order was wrong. I contacted them straight away and was told I would have to make sure I give the driver the wrong item to receive the correct one but once the items had been swapped they once again had given me the wrong item. 2hours and 40 minutes to receive the wrong food. 15 years I’ve used them not anymore.”

  “When our regular Chinese takeaway was closed for the day, we decided to try New world. We made a great choice! Ordering was easy, the delivery was fast. The food was incredible. Every dish was delicious! The crispy chilli beef was the crispiest We've ever had and so good. We have found our new 'go-to' takeaway. We will certainly ordering again. Highly recommend!”

  “Always remember eating from hear about 25yrs ago as a teenager when living on the chalkers crescent estate when my sister used to work in there on the phones.after moving away from Lowestoft and coming back to see family twice a year I can honestly say after it being took over by new people the food taste exactly the same 12/10 best Chinese south side of Lowestoft highly recommended friendly staff fast response time with the grub”

  “Been coming here on and off since 2010, and have never had an issue with them. Their food is so good, and they're always so polite. Would certainly recommend their beef curry🤤 This is now my husbands favourite Chinese too!”

  “Absolutely fantastic! This Chinese food exceeded all expectations. The chicken chow mein was perfectly cooked with a delightful tender chicken. (With no vegetables exactly to what I asked) The sweet and sour sauce had just the right balance of tanginess and sweetness, making it a perfect accompaniment. The chips were crispy and flavorful, while the egg fried rice was cooked to perfection with fluffy grains and a hint of savory goodness. And let's not forget the chicken curry, bursting with authentic flavors and spices that tantalized the taste buds. Overall, a five-star experience that I would highly recommend to anyone craving delicious Chinese cuisine!”

  “Food is good, every time I ordered I got a nice delivery driver. One in particular was always very friendly and outgoing, used to close the door for me and everything I believe his name is Ben. The others are not as friendly but still do a good job. The girls on the phone are always super friendly and helpful.”

  “Absolutely the best without a doubt. The food is tasty, cooked well, and plentiful. The prices are very competitive. It was recommended to us by word of mouth and we are so glad we tried it. From an occasional Chinese meal, it is now a once a week meal. My husband eats neat but I am vegetarian and we both find plenty to enjoy.”

  “Been going here for years tasty food at a reasonable price. I advise you collect your food as delivery can take a long time due to popularity. Order extra early on national holidays as you'll be eating late if not. Pretty good consistency, rarely have a bad dish.”
