“We ordered on a Saturday so we knew it might be a bit busy but we made the order just after 5. However at 2 hours of waiting we checked how much longer, we were told it’s been busy but ours is next and they would start cooking it now and told it would be another 30 mins. We cancelled the order. Not impressed with the service.”

“Called as two hours had passed. They said they Hadn't started cooking food yet and would be another 25 minutes so cancelled our order. Then left to go to the shop to pick up some dinner and the ring doorbell went off. The driver was trying to drop off our food 10 minutes after cancelled. Really frustrating. Our third time using company, wont be again. Shame.”

“18:10 placed order. 19:20 called and was told “it’s on its way”. 20:01 called and was told “it’s being cooked” 20:42 called and told “it’s on its way”. 20:55. Food arrived. No apologies - told “it’s been a mad one”.”
