“Delicious plentiful reasonably priced at £16.95 Sunday roast served here by friendly staff. Beef Pork Turkey & Gammon. Other options available; sea bass with noodles in a lovely sauce; haddock chips and peas; bangers and mash all at £15. Roasts were perfectly cooked and a really cheese cauliflower cheese available as an extra option (with pigs in blankets) both £4:50 extra. Deserts were delicious and all three choices priced at £7. If I were being really critical the ginger cake with run and raisin ice cream was a tad small for £7 but tasty.”

“First time here today. Took advantage of the £10 two course lunch. Had fish, chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce plus a brunch. Desserts were lemon meringue posset plus jam sponge and custard. Everything was delicious and hot. Good size portions and very tasty. Great welcome and service. Booked for next week (no hesitation there!).”
