About Lantana London Bridge

Lantana London Bridge serves an Australian-style breakfast, brunch and lunch menu on Southwark St, with weekend brunch alongside daily coffee service. The kitchen runs to 55 dishes, including Turkish Eggs Çılbır, Pulled Beef Hash and the Ultimate Sausage Bap, plus Nasi Goreng and a chicken parmi among the wider spread. Wine and beer are served alongside coffee. A step-free entrance serves visitors with mobility needs, and high chairs suit families with young children. Outdoor seating is available for those who prefer to eat outside, and dogs are welcome at the tables. A private dining room can be booked for groups, and both takeaway and delivery let diners eat off site. Reservations are recommended given the tables run on a roughly 90-minute limit. Bills are settled through a table-side system tied to table numbers, with a service charge added and QR code payment available.

Customer Review Summary

Brunch draws the most attention here, with dishes like the Nasi Goreng, fried chicken and French toast, and the Lantana Breakfast repeatedly singled out as delicious. Close behind, coffee and drinks earn steady praise, and small plates such as the leek and cheddar croquetas and chicken karaage get called out as standouts, though the chicken parmi and pork Benedict draw complaints for being dry or skimpy on portion. A recurring gripe centers on table time limits, with multiple diners describing being told to vacate after roughly ninety minutes even in a near empty restaurant, sometimes paired with an abrupt or rude host encounter. Others flag added costs beyond the bill, including a platform fee for QR payment, a charge for filtered tap water, and a 13% service charge some found steep for minimal attention. Booking mix-ups also surface, with one diner's confirmed table reservation showing incorrectly as a bar booking. Several reviewers still say they'd return, and one large walk-in group of ten was seated and served despite being fully booked.

“Popped in again (not the regular here but I’ve been a few times). Great service as always. Giulia and the Team are living examples of how the hospitality should look like! I had an absolutely delicious salmon poke bowl a few mocktails and finally a good coffee. Prices are reasonable for the quality and location. Can’t wait to visit again.”

“The staff and the food were absolutely amazing ❤️✨ We had the fried chicken and French toast brunch, and honestly, the photo doesn’t do it justice. The chicken had the perfect level of spice, and every bite was packed with flavor. Everything was fresh and delicious. On top of that, the entire team was so warm, welcoming, and friendly. We had such a lovely experience and we’re so happy we came. Highly recommend! 🫶”

“We stopped in for lunch on a whim and it was delicious. The fries were perfect. The salmon bowl was delicious as was the chicken parmi. The staff were all lovely. A great place to stop for a delicious meal.”

“So! A great place with amazing food. Just one thing to watch out for when booking a table: we had booked a table which was confirmed by email. BUT! It came up as a booking for the bar on their system and the greeter lady insisted I had made a mistake and was initially quite abrasive about it but then was able to seat us at a table so all was fine (as a side note, I could hear every conversation she had with everyone she greeted thereafter and I had quite a bit of sympathy for her by the end - why do so many people find it hard to understand what, “I’m sorry, we have no tables, we’re fully booked,” means? Anyway, all good overall - just watch out for the booking thing and have your confirmation email at the ready.”

“We had such a lovely experience at Lantana Café London Bridge. The service from Julia was absolutely perfect — she was so friendly, attentive and made us feel really welcome from start to finish. The drinks were delicious and beautifully made, and the food was top quality too — everything was fresh, flavourful and really well presented. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the menu and the customer experience. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great brunch or coffee spot in London Bridge!”
