  “Enjoyed a wonderful meal outside in the sunshine for a special occasion at Bella Italia Irving Street a few weeks ago and had a fab experience in this wonderful central London location - great atmosphere, food and service at an amazing price! Took advantage of Bella Italia’s £5 pasta dish promotional which made it a really affordable and enjoyable trip out. We were well looked after throughout by Baba, who was super friendly and helped make this occasion a really lovely memory for our family. Would definitely recommend!”

  “Best Italian restaurant in London! Food was amazing, service was fantastic, and the restaurant was busy but did not feel crowded. We had multiple pasta dishes, desserts, and wine. Numerous gluten free options, even desserts! I highly recommend this restaurant.”

  “Amo and Solange were a treat and served us kindly. Thank you for your service. Amo cleaned a water bottle for us too and helped us charge our phones which is perfect when in central London. Thanks for the help!”

  “Service was appallingly slow, to say how quiet the restaurant was. Food arrived, missing part of the order, and my pizza was absolutely cremated, inedible. I had to ask for it to be taken off the bill, along with the items we didn't receive, then waited ages to pay. When it came to paying, the staff member had the cheek to try and put the 12.5% tip on without me noticing. Of course I knew this might happen, and pointed it out before paying. I stated that I wouldn't be leaving any tip as I hadn't actually been able to eat my dinner, and my half of one of our party's food had been missing. No apology was received, and we were honestly made to feel like an inconvenience. Definitely wouldn't return.”

  “Solange attentive. Ee were glad to talk with her in Soanish. We shared comments about common things. Specially because we have a very closed relation with her beatiful country. She is so charming and welcoming friend.”

  “Back for our second visit and once again, not disappointed… always a great sign! We kicked things off with a couple of lovely Spritzes, perfectly mixed and wonderfully refreshing, before tucking into their pasta and pizza. Both were absolutely spot on: fresh ingredients, generous portions, proper Italian flavours and cooked just right. Service was quick, attentive and genuinely friendly : a big shout-out to Kris and Amo who greeted us with big smiles and made the whole experience even better. It’s that little extra bit of warmth and care that turns a good meal into a memorable one. Consistent quality, great vibes and lovely staff. We’ll definitely be back for a third round. 5/5, highly recommended!”

  “Would reccomed getting a reservation for later in the afternoon/ evening. Our server was Amo, cute little guy who was buzzing around making sure everyone was alright and served in a timely manner. The goats cheese pasta was gorgeous, maybe I was just hungry but it melted in the mouth. Always love coming to any of these chains, everyone is so kind and I loved sitting out in the sun with my dad x”

  “very nice! our server was baba and he was amazing! I took the pollo funghi and wanted it with rigatoni instead of strozzapreti and It was done without a problem. We had out food very quick and the inside is very cosy and nice would 100% recommend”

  “It's a nice location, that's for sure, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, temperature was high though. We both enjoyed Solange's service: fast and no-brainer attitude, that's exactly what I'd expect. Cheers! Food was let down: my Italian buddy wasn't impressed with pizza, neither the size of it, and my pasta with duck and mushrooms was just ok. Good and healthy portion but very sweet in an artificial way, like some of the ready-to-eat meals. Pasta itself was good and well cooked, not an expert of pasta but I would eat it again, but with different ingredients. It's quite expensive, almost 50 quid for 2 mains, no starters etc. I realise it's Central, and you'd pay for location and service though.”
