  “THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I went in with high hopes, clearly explained what I wanted—a specific colour and balayage—and was assured they could deliver. After THREE HOURS, the stylist revealed my hair, and I was absolutely horrified. It was completely wrong, not even close to what I asked for. When I pointed this out, the stylist agreed to fix it. ANOTHER HOUR later, and it was still a mess. By this point, I was in tears, feeling humiliated and trapped in a nightmare. Then it got even worse. The owner, Laura, stepped in, and her attitude was beyond appalling. Instead of listening or showing any concern, she dismissed my concerns entirely. She flat-out lied and said my hair “looked great” just because it was closing time and she wanted me out of the door. She did not care at all. Her actual words were, “Just do whatever. Get her done so we can leave.” Can you imagine being treated like that after hours of disappointment and frustration? I cried again, and her cold, dismissive attitude made me feel completely humiliated. In the last 30 minutes, the front door was wide open, so the floor could dry, leaving the salon freezing cold and uncomfortable. I sat there shivering, emotionally drained, while they couldn’t even bother to create a basic level of comfort for their customers. As if all that wasn’t bad enough, the salon reeks of damp, musty towels—it’s unhygienic and gross. The whole place feels neglected and dirty, like they’ve given up on basic standards. And after all that, you’d think they’d have the decency to offer a discount for the experience, right? Wrong. I was still charged the full agreed amount, with no discount, no compensation, and not even a proper apology from the owner. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a service that was nowhere near what I asked for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. The owner is rude, dismissive, and only cares about getting you out the door. The place is dirty, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me, and I strongly recommend you stay far, far away. Let me know if you want to take it even further!”

  “Maggy the new stylist gave me an incredible transformation on my hair. My hair looked amazing after she was done with it- she was also very sociable and understanding of my needs and what I wanted. Honestly couldn’t ask for more out of a stylist.   “I can't hardly recommend them, they are just brilliant! I have known Lucy from 6 years and she never disappoints me, I truly believe her and what she's doing with my hair. Very friendly and with lots of experience and CPD courses for the new trends. She is skilled to do gents, ladies and kids hairstyles. You can pop in and ask if she is busy and can do it immediately or have to book you for next days. A lots of free parking around as well. On the pic you can see professional Balleage”
