“And to the person who said, "the old saying customers are always right" respectfully, that mindset is delusional. Customers are not always right. Being a customer does not give anyone the right to disrespect staff, make false accusations, or treat someone badly and then expect them to just accept it. Kim and her mum have worked hard to build their business and become successful without needing a man to do it for them, and that alone deserves respect. Don't let a handful of nasty reviews make you doubt how far you've come. The business will not close down and it's gonna keep running! Kim, please keep doing what you're doing and don't let cruel people take away your happiness. I'm genuinely so proud of you, and congratulations on getting into university!
