Coffee itself is described as solid and competent. Staff are called lovely and kind, and the space is described as cozy, with natural light, a conservatory, pavement seating, and low music at the back where people read or work on laptops. “I tried the fluffy American pancakes but it was not fluffy and it was way overcooked. They changed it for me but honestly it was still far from being “fluffy” in compare to other pancakes which I tried as a pancake lover. The staff were very nice and atmosphere was cozy and unique.”
