“Food is fine but got overcharged the last two times I went there and they lied about the reason when I questioned them on the extra price difference (saying a mocha on the set breakfast is £1.50 extra - there's only 50p difference from latte on the menu). Not a big deal if they had just admitted their wrongdoing but left frustrated as they lied.”
